Spoilers Below
So why wasn’t Bran in the
teaser? I think it is because he has
done what I believe he will eventually do.
He will go back in time physically to learn all he can learn to give him
enough time to fight the threat that he perceives in the White Walkers. Remember what Maester Luwin said concerning
Ned Stark when they got word that he had died.
“Maester Luwin stared at the
black bird as if it were a scorpion with feathers. He rose, slow as a
sleepwalker, and moved to the window. When he whistled, the raven hopped onto
his bandaged forearm. There was dried blood on its wings. “A hawk,” Luwin
murmured, “perhaps an owl. Poor thing, a wonder it got through.” He took the
letter from its leg.
Bran found himself shivering
as the maester unrolled the paper. “What is it?” he said, holding his brother
all the harder.
“You know what it is, boy,”
Osha said, not unkindly. She put her hand on his head.
Maester Luwin looked up at
them numbly, a small grey man with blood on the sleeve of his grey wool robe
and tears in his bright grey eyes. “My lords,” he said to the sons, in a voice
gone hoarse and shrunken, “we … we shall need to find a stonecarver who knew his
likeness well …”
The Stark children played in
the crypts and there is no way that they could have missed this. I believe that the preview is showing us that
this is deeper within the crypts than anyone has been in a long time. I don’t believe that anyone is doing any
upkeep as shown in the preview. With
that said I believe it was Bran who did something similar to a glass candle and
showed a stonecarver, in the distant past, in a waking dream of sorts his cousin
and sisters as they are on the day that they discover it letting them know he
is the 3-eyed crow beyond a shadow of a doubt. Who would know their
likenesses more than someone who could peer in on them every day of his what I
believe his extremely long life. He will
have told them something cryptic before he goes back and when they see their
own statues, they will know that what he has said is 100 percent the truth.

Glass Candles are burning. What does it mean?
Just like the 3-eyed crow that
tutored Bran his Weirwood tree took on his likeness at the time he resided in
the tree itself. The same I think can be
said of Bran and how he looks now showing us how long he has truly lived.
Bran is an old god and he has been conversing with himself even though
his younger self didn’t know so at first.
I think he does now. Remember
what took place right before Bran first awoke from his coma like state and what took place concerning
the Weirword tree.
He saw Winterfell as the
eagles see it, the tall towers looking squat and stubby from above, the castle
walls just lines in the dirt. He saw Maester Luwin on his balcony, studying the
sky through a polished bronze tube and frowning as he made notes in a book. He
saw his brother Robb, taller and stronger than he remembered him, practicing
swordplay in the yard with real steel in his hand. He saw Hodor, the simple
giant from the stables, carrying an anvil to Mikken’s forge, hefting it onto
his shoulder as easily as another man might heft a bale of hay. At the heart of the
godswood, the great white weirwood brooded over its reflection in the black
pool, its leaves rustling in a chill wind. When it felt Bran watching, it
lifted its eyes from the still waters and stared back at him knowingly.
Everything has turned on it
head in the final season and with that said I don’t see the statues as death
statues but as monuments to life. They
are the line in the sand to save their very world as Bran see’s it. I don’t believe that either of the 3 will die
at least for a very long time. I think
Sansa will go on to become Queen, Arya will rule Winterfell and Jon who could
have been king will replace Bran and become the next 3-eyed crow to guard
against any threats to the future. GRRM
could mix things up with Sansa and Arya and switch up their roles just to throw
in a twist where Sansa leads forces in the war to come and Arya becoming Queen; pretty much the way she herself said it.

the ideas of others. Most believe that since I present my idea’s as “fact

simply look at the information presented and go from there. If you can
shine a light on another way of thinking that opens the door to debate.
